Singer, songwriter, composer, guitar virtuoso, Bill Balfour made a huge, though largely unacknowledged contribution to the London music scene of the mid 70's through to and beyond the 90's.

Driven with a passion for new and innovative, time relevant rock music, he created a band that lasted several incarnations; from it's inception, 'VHF' would evolve with various personnel lineups to transcend names such as 'OUT', 'PRYXMIX' and FRANXINATRA' before settling on the more widely known, 'No Limit', a name later adopted by a French contingent who achieved a degree of acclaim in European circles.

Bill was a passionate musician with a zest for life and a keen sense of harmony and dynamics. He weill be greatly missed.
